"Goods'' means any goods you purchase under these Conditions;
''Non-subscription Services'' mean any Services other than Subscription Services;
''Personal Information'' means the details provided by you to us;
"Services" means any services you order or otherwise purchase under these Conditions;
''Subscription Services'' means Services to which you subscribe on an ongoing basis, for example, technical support Services;

"Website" means either one of the websites located at www.hazza-vape.com or any other URL which may replace it; and

"You/Your" means the person ordering or otherwise purchasing the Goods or Services.

Return and Refund Policy

Terms of return "you may return your goods within 30 days of purchase date;
State of return "all goods must be returned in perfect working order (as sent out) in original boxes undamaged. Liquids which have been opened or any disposable cannot be replaced.
Reason for return (please send us a note with package stating reason for return)
Process for return (Buyer must send goods back to us at buyers expense) if we are satisfied with reason for return, we will refund cost of item less postage costs.
Process of refund "All Goods returned, if return reason satisfied by our team will be refunded within 30 days
